Nia Long is still still stunning! She has aged amazingly. She’s the daytime auntie we all want LOL.
Her acting, her tone of voice, her whole demeanour still screams Lisa from Fresh Prince, she will unfortunately not be able to shake that title.
Omar Epps role was meh and didnt suit him. You need lightskin guys to play that crazy, psychotic boyfriend (lightskin guys come n knock my head LOL). You could see he’s been out of that titular role for some time now. Looked a bit uncomfortable, out of place but he held in there to the end. Actually grew into the role. Its what great actors do I guess. Its not an unheard story… neglected wife seeks passion, comfort and entanglement elsewhere, turns out to be a psycho and the drama ensures. Its a dull final act but a decent watch for a friday night. Few gems in there about how to NOT get caught up in the moment etc. Recommended watch!
